Clinical Social Worker
(she/her/hers)
As a clinical social work therapist, I am driven by a genuine desire to empower and support those in need.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, while rooted in evidence-based practices and a holistic understanding of each client. I draw upon a diverse range of therapeutic modalities in a non-judgmental, down-to-earth environment. I also recognize the importance of laughter and humor in my work.
I have felt honored to be part of my clients' amazing transformations through EMDR. I approach the modality with sensitivity and deep respect.
Whether you are dealing with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, or life transitions, I am here to provide support. My goal is to empower you to navigate challenges, build resilience, and work towards a more fulfilling life.
If you are ready to take the courageous step of seeking therapy, know that you are not alone, and I am here to walk alongside you on the path.
