Deciding to start therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s okay to take things one step at a time. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I’m here to support you on your journey to self-discovery and empowerment. Whether you’re looking to overcome trauma, cope with life's stressors, build stronger relationships, or simply find your footing, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace.
It has been the honor of my life to have spent the last 10 years working with Veterans, Service Members, and Families through the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System (AAVA) and the National VA Suicide Prevention Office. I served for six years as a therapist at AAVA in the Veteran Empowerment and Recovery Center followed by four years in Community Based Interventions for Suicide Prevention at the local, state, and National level. You served for us, and it is my hope to contribute through serving you. This space is especially for you.
While I have most frequently worked with military-connected individuals, I have also worked with those who haven't served, and I am here to serve all.
Thank you for taking this important and often scary step in contacting us. I look forward to working with you.
